Stress and anxiety is different for everyone and is a brain and body push back on all you are trying to manage.  Stress leads to a continuous fight or flight response that can have negative impacts on our health.  There are easy and simple ways to relieve this stress.

Here are just a handful of the things that we'll discuss:

  • Start your day with gratitude and make sure there is laughter in each and every day
  • Incorporate quick bursts of movement throughout your day.  Even 30 seconds will activate positive mood enhancing results
  • Dance to a favorite song as if no one is watching!
  • Take a bath or give yourself a quick gentle massage and let the stress melt away
